Recent work includes the optioning of a children’s book for cross-media exploitation, establishing a US LLC with a UK limited partner to access the NY film tax credit, drafting a book rights option and writer’s agreement for the adaptation of a novel, researching and clearing the ownership of video and television rights in old programming for re–release, overseeing tax credit certifications and a co-development agreement between two production companies. More...

Alongside our core film and television focused services, Radius Media provides general corporate services including company administration and legals (such as share capital alterations, cap tables, term sheets, shareholder and subscription agreements), financial modelling, Enterprise Investment Scheme and Seed EIS qualification and compliance (including for complex cases such as establishing a film and television company), business plan / pitch deck preparation and financial promotion compliant fundraising offer documentation, and access to finance options for both productions and general trading operations.
