Radius Media provides Legal & Business Affairs services to film and TV productions and to music licensors. The company draws on 20 years experience working across production, finance, distribution and international sales.
Recent work includes the optioning of a children’s book for cross-media exploitation, establishing a US LLC with a UK limited partner to access the NY film tax credit, drafting a book rights option and writer’s agreement for the adaptation of a novel, researching and clearing the ownership of video and television rights in old programming for re-release, overseeing tax credit certifications and a co-development agreement between two production companies. We work directly or alongside production lawyers and auditors.
